Our core clients are everyday users who just need a little technical help with their computer or a documented edited.  We offer in home and on-site service or we can bring the  computer back to the pfenton office and fix the issues there.  We also work with small businesses who need support with their website, social media, email marketing, or simple some tech support.

pfenton is a two person company started by Patrick Fenton in 1996. Back in 1996 when the internet was still in its early days Patrick developed his first website 'Phenten Sports', he used that website to leverage other clients who wanted a website but didn’t know where to begin.  With his guidance many companies found their way to the world wide web. Today it is unthinkable that a company can exist without a presence on the internet.  Patrick has also been the go-to guy for IT support needs for clients, friends and family.

Patrick Fenton who brings 20 years of experience in information technology support, website development, consulting, and social media expertise.  Patrick has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology (MSIT) from Marlboro College. He was trained and worked for Microsoft in the 1990's. He has worked with large global companies, higher education institutions, and small local business in all areas of technology. He also does consumer technical support for the end user. His unique ability to translate tech talk into everyday terms has drawn rave reviews. He is extremely patient with working with users of all skill levels. 

Molly Fenton brings years of experience as a copy editor working on documents as small as a few sentences to reports of over a thousand pages. Molly has a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) as well as a Master Degree in Social Work (MSW). She has experience editing confidential and highly sensitive reports. Molly’s editing and eye for detail has brought praise from colleagues and employers she has worked with in her career.
